Dr. Richard M Freeman was born and raised in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He graduated from Ardmore high school in 1981. Dr. Freeman furthered his education at Southeastern Oklahoma State University then continued on to the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where he graduated in 2001, receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Upon graduation, Dr. Freeman worked as associate dentist for a year before opening his own practice in Moore.
To keep up with the latest technology and technique, Dr. Freeman has attended many continuing education courses including but not limited to:

Dr. Freeman has received extensive training in the placement of implants, Cerec crowns and orthodontics.

Dr. Freeman married his wife, Denise, in 1980. They have two children, Richard II and Tambree, and three grandchildren, they are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their fourth grandchild. Dr. Freeman and Denise reside in Moore and are members of Emmaus Baptist Church. Dr. Freeman and his wife enjoy spending their free time at their lake house on Lake Texhoma with family and friends, scuba diving and taking trips on their Harley Davidson motorcycle. Dr. Freeman also enjoys fishing, hunting, and building and racing cars.
